Barry Chamish is an Israeli journalist who has done a great deal of research into corruption of Israel's government--from outside forces and from within.

"Barry had three novels and one book of short stories published in Canada from 1971-75. He moved to Israel, got an MA at Hebrew University and started army service. In 1982 he fought in the Lebanon War. After that Barry pursued a writing career with vigor and published pieces in well over 500 publications, including The Atlantic, National Review, Hollywood Reporter, New York Newsday, etc. In 1992, his career took a sharp unexpected turn. Barry's book, The Fall of Israel, was published in Britain by Canongate Publishers. It was a stinging expose of Israeli political corruption. Following the book's  success, a newsletter was established with Joel Bainerman called Inside Israel. Originally founded to reveal corruption, over time we discovered the reason for the criminality of the Israeli political system: it had been co-opted at the top by elements of the New World Order, especially the Council on Foreign Relations. THE BIOGRAPHY OF BENJAMIN NETANYAHU

In 1976, the loss of his brother Yoni during the Entebbe raid put a stop to Binyamin's plans to become an architect. Instead he settled for an MA in business administration and took a post at the Boston Consulting Group. His boss was Ira Magaziner, the man who later was the intellectual force behind the Clinton administration's failed health
reform package.

Already earning $100,000 and with a splendid career before him, Netanyahu decided to give it all up and return to Israel to act as the marketing manager of a furniture concern, RIM Furniture, for a fraction
of his Boston salary.

In 1979, Netanyahu organized an anti-terrorism conference in Jerusalem, dedicated to his fallen brother. Somehow, the unknown 27 year old, managed to attract the likes of CIA Director George Bush, and Council On Foreign Relations (CFR)
executives George Shultz, and Richard Perle (President's Reagan's chief arms negotiator) to the meeting and was thrust briefly onto the world stage. But when the conference ended, it was back to
work at the furniture factory.

That all changed in 1982, when Israel's Washington Ambassador Moshe Arens invited Netanyahu to be his deputy. This unprecedented career rise has been a subject of much speculation. Arens was forced to explain, "People got a good laugh when they heard I phoned a furniture factory to find a deputy. What sold me on Bibi was his organization of the anti-terror conference and the strong impression he made on American leaders who participated."

In the 2001 CFR annual report, Moshe Arens was listed as a member of the CFR's Foreign Advisory Committee, followed, in alphabetical order, by the PLO's Hanan Ashrawi. He admitted that Bush, Shultz and Perle pressed him to advance Netanyahu's career and he fell in line.

In 1984, after two visibly successful years as Arens' deputy, Bibi was named Israel's ambassador to the UN. In another of those ironies that follow him, he was appointed to the post by Shimon Peres against the objections of Yitzhak Shamir. It was the leader of the Labour Party who promoted his early career.

nd what a wise investment that turned out to be. Since putting Netanyahu in the Prime Minister's office, no matter how badly Labor was mauled in the polls, the

leader of the Likud or its offspring Kadima, would give the leader of Labor, a vital cabinet Post. Ehud Barak is now Defence Minister though Labor only won 8% of the vote. Sharon made Shimon Peres his Foreign Minister, while Ehud Olmert appointed the incompetent Amir Peretz as his Defence Minister.

In 1985, Shultz chaired another anti-terror convention in Washington supposedly organized by Netanyahu.
Further,whenever George Bush visited New York, and that was often, he would call on UN Ambassador Netanyahu.

I took a look at my list of CFR members. I have Netanyahu listed as NETANYAHU BENJAMIN,, 1988 annual rpt. I do not have him as a member of the CFR but he did show up in the 1988 annual report. Perle first showed up on the 1992 membership list. PERLE RICHARD N,CFR '92. Kissinger shows up a KISSINGER HENRY A,CFR '84, 1988 annual rpt, TC '92. TC is the Trilateral commission.

It seems that both Netanyahu and Kissinger showed up in the 1988 annual report. Bush Sr. was head of the CIA. Perle was chairman of the Defense Policy Board under Bush. Ira Magaziner has close CFR connections. He was a Rhodes Scholar and was a chief health care policy advisor for CFR member Bill Clinton.

Having groomed and financed Netanyahu into office, the CFR made certain his tenure as head of the opposition did not endanger the Oslo process.

Though Netanyahu had the goods and scandals to fell Labor, ie Peres' organization of the Rabin assassination, he was a remarkably restrained opposition leader.

In September 1995, PM Rabin told what he thought was a funny story on Israel Television One. It seems his CFR handler, Henry Kissinger phoned him to relate that Netanyahu called to ask him to declare that American troops
would not be placed on the Golan Heights as part of a peace deal with Syria.

Who Kissinger was supposed to make this declaration to was not revealed.

Kissinger, according to Rabin, laughed at Bibi and told him to quit bothering him. The next day Netanyahu confirmed his phone call but denied Rabin's mocking version of it.

The moral of the story is that both the leader of the government and opposition got their commands from their same CFR officer. When most Israelis vote, they actually believe it is a personal lesson in democracy. They don't even consider that the timing of the election and the primary candidates for office, Left and Right, are run out of the New York office of the CFR.

Early in 2001, Binyamin Netanyahu was in the midst of a lucrative speaking tour when he shared a private meeting with George Shultz and Henry Kissinger. In Netanyahu's own words, they told him it was time for elections in Israel. In fact, it wasn't. They weren't scheduled for another two years. Nonetheless, Netanyahu interrupted his tour, caught the
first plane back to Israel, had a few words with Prime Minister Ehud Barak, and caught the next plane back to New York. Two days later, Barak resigned as Prime Minister and called for new elections in which he would remain a candidate. It made no sense to Israelis who had no power over their electoral system; that was controlled from New York.

The timing of elections is to badly change the viability of Israel and quickly, while the new Prime Minister is immune from public revolt. In 1992, Rabin entered the Oslo process immediately after his election. In 1996, Netanyahu unilaterally pulled out of Hebron within days of forming a government. In 1999, the new PM Ehud Barak quickly ordered IDF troops out of Southern Lebanon, leaving the mostly Christian ally, the South Lebanese Army, helpless against retaliation. In 2001, a Right Winger would have to replace Barak to get Israel out of Gaza and Northern Samaria. Ariel Sharon was the man for the job.

But wait, you may ask! Wasn't Sharon ruined by ordering Falangist troops into their famed massacre at Sabra and Shatilla in 1982. Not at all. Once you have the CFR on your side, nothing will ever ruin your political career. Even Rabin's murderer Shimon Peres survived all indignities and is PM Netanyahu's President. But all is fair since, after all, Netanyahu got his job by blackmailing Peres over the Rabin murder in 1996. (Scroll to the end for proof).
Will Israelis ever wake up and understand that they don't live in a democracy? Will they finally realize that the current PM Binyamin Netanyahu is not working in their interests but electing someone else will change nothing? Or that no common citizen can ever be Prime Minister. For that honor, you are chosen, financed and aided from the Manhattan headquarters of the CFR or you go on selling fish in the market.

THE DAY NETANYAHU USED MURDER TO BECOME PRIME MINISTER

I was on court, front and center, for the rigging of the 1996 Israeli elections by Netanyahu. Now follow closely, I rarely have the opportunity to be nostalgic.

On April 3, 1997, I was supposed to lecture at Hebrew University on Who Murdered Yitzhak Rabin, organized by my still formidable friend, Brian Bunn. As it turned out, the Labor Party led by Knesset member Eitan Cabel, and the secret service, Shabak, organized a violent rally against me that turned me into front page news. The intent was to humiliate me, the result was to start my new career as a political crimes writer. Not that I'm thanking them. They didn't mean to and it's an insecure life. Not that there aren't rewards, like you reading this.

The morning after the riot, I received a phone call from Yaacov Mor. He introduced himself as, "The economist for the Minister of Welfare And Social Affairs, Eli Yishai." Today Yishai is the leader of the Shas Party. Mor continued, "But I previously worked for the Shabak. What I want to know is what you have that made the Shabak try to bury you."
So I invited Mor to my home to see my evidence. Back then I had some 80 documents, not the 2500 I ended up with, but they were devastating in proving Yigal Amir did not shoot Rabin. I had the police ballistics results showing that Rabin was shot at point blank, something Amir could not have physically done, and I had the hospital reports declaring that Rabin was shot 3 times, and once from the front, neither of which Amir was responsible for.

Yaacov was a naturally sympathetic fellow, and without hesitation I handed him my evidence collection, which he read in silence over the next half hour. When he finished, he put his right index finger vertically over his lips and used his left hand to guide me outside. When we reached the street, he said, "I'm not talking in your house. You have to be thoroughly bugged. Do you know those documents are authentic?"
I said I did.
"Then why didn't you get a job in Nepal or have an 'accident?' Do you know how high up this murder had to go?"
I answered that I did know how high up it had to go.

"I'll tell my Minister what I saw and I'm sure he'll contact you."

The next morning Eli Yishai's secretary called me. "Minister Yishai would like to have your documents and in return, will give you the most important story of the Rabin assassination. Do you agree?"

Indeed I did. In fact, I would have given the documents anyway, that's how much I still believed in the inherent honesty of the political system. That would change for good in the next two days.

Bright and chipper, Yaacov picked me up for the cheery ride to building Kirya 3, opposite the Knesset, and home to Eli Yishai's office. I made a little error, giving my documents to the secretary before I closed the deal. She guided me into a small office, closed the door, and I heard a vigorous conversation in the hall outside. Finally, the Shas Spokesman, Yisrael Sudri, then 24 or so, and today I believe he holds the same job, came in, shut the door behind him and sat down.

"The Minister could not attend the meeting," he announced, "But he wants you to know that he backs every claim I will make."

A bit of a comedown but I accepted the arrangement, like I really had a choice.
"It's about the 1996 elections...Netanyahu didn't win. Peres won by 3% just like all the polls had it. But the Likud had documents, and we think you've collected some of them. We're sure of it, actually. In February of '96, the leaders of the Likud met the leaders of Labor for a frank discussion of the elections. The Likud presented the documents, then someone, we think Netanyahu, held a few in his hand and said, 'If you bring up the name of Yitzhak Rabin even once in your campaign, we'll release these to the media." Netanyahu lifted another bundle of documents and said, 'If Peres wins our tv debate, we'll release these." Finally, he takes all the documents and says, "And if Peres wins the elections, we'll release them all."

"Now, I don't have to remind you that Rabin's name was not mentioned once in Labor's campaign and that Peres looked like a scary monster on the tv debate. But how could the election results be faked? We are going to leave you the name and phone number of a Tel Aviv law school PhD candidate. His thesis is on the '96 elections. He'll tell you."
I arranged to meet the PhD lawyer-to-be at a very empty and remote Tel Aviv restaurant. We sat in the remotest table and he made his voice inaudible at a range of five meters, in fact he almost whispered the whole meeting. It turns out, it didn't help.

"This Labor-Likud partnership destroyed over 160,000 votes for Peres, and replaced them with spoiled ballots."
Back to the present. That's almost 5% of the vote spoiled. In the 2001 elections, there was a highly publicized campaign to deliberately spoil votes as a protest, and 'only' 61,000 were spoiled.
"Think back to the election night. Peres is declared the winner by all the polls but refused to address and thank his crowd in Tel Aviv. But at midnight, a smiling Netanyahu addressed a half empty rally in Jerusalem promising them that by morning he will be Prime Minister. Then at 2 AM, the revolution in vote change appears out of nowhere. By the morning, Netanyahu wins. He knew the results were fixed."

I added an obvious thought. "So the Likud's documents proved Peres murdered Rabin?"

He gazed at the table and answered, "Is there another possibility?"

The lawyer-to-be added, "I trust you. I have strong proof that the vote destruction was organized by Interior Minister Chaim Ramon. Contact me tomorrow and we'll meet again to see my thesis."

The next day, he called me. "I got a phone call. We can't meet." I asked, "Do you mean today?" He replied, "I mean ever." He banged down for good and I don't recall his name.

But I told his story to audiences whenever I felt it was appropriate. The usual reaction was, "So why didn't Netanyahu use the documents to get rid of Peres and Labor for good?" The answer is Labor and Peres have enough information on Netanyahu to have made this a one election deal. That'll do until and if the whole story is ever told by someone who was there.

Then, in Bet Shemesh in 2001, I told the story to a crowd of over 80 and one response hit the jackpot. The man added, "I was an election poll supervisor and when the polls closed, we took votes for Peres out of the boxes and burnt them out back. We replaced them with spoiled votes and resealed the boxes. I never understood who allowed this to happen, but I didn't want Peres elected so I played ball."

As for story back-up, my Bet Shemesh organizer was David Morris. Another 80 people heard the truth about this man's polling station at the lecture. As for Sudri, I chose to expose him after he appeared at Peres' 80th birthday bash. I was protesting outside when he appeared. I told him, "How could you celebrate Peres? I know what you told me." He
walked by, then turned around and shouted, "You're ruining the country."

THE MODEST YET SUBTLE WISDOM OF EVA BRAUN

I receive many books and DVDs to review and I seldom do. Yet one book, the advanced and uncorrected proofs of Angela Lambert's, The Lost Life Of Eva Braun, (St.Martin's Press) won me over. How often does one read the biography of one of the most unremarkable women in history, Hitler's mistress, Eva Braun? The author finds Fraulein Braun noble somehow, and at first I thought there must be a lesson for all mankind in Eva's life...but damned if I could find it. And I really tried. Maybe you'll have better luck.

In planning the review I had considered giving the page source for each quote, then I thought, what for? If you get the book, you'll find each quote is accurate with one exception. Privately, she often called Him Adi, while he called her Effie. But when she writes for her diary or sends letters, she was forbidden to mention his name, using instead, mostly, He or Him. I include his name so we don't get confused.

IN HER OWN WORDS- EVA'S DIARY

"Is She Really Going Out With Adolph?" I Never Loved Eva Braun, 1979 - Boomtown Rats

At the beginning of their relationship, Adolph was thoughtless to Eva.

"I sat with him for three hours and he could not exchange a single word. By way of goodbye Adolph handed me an envelope with money in it. It would have been much nicer if he had enclosed a loving word. I would have been so pleased if he had...I am the mistress of the greatest man in Germany and the world. Yet how can he leave me here nodding at strangers?"

Adolph's thoughtlessness knew no bounds. She had hinted to him that a dog or chest of drawers would be perfect birthday gifts, yet when her birthday arrived:

"He's just been here to see me but no dog or chest of drawers. He didn't even ask what I wanted for my birthday."

"Regardless of his looks and age, Adolph had the charismatic appeal of a modern-day pop star and evoked the same response from his female followers." When Eva heard rumors of Adolph's infidelity, she angrily wrote:

"I think it is terrible he should say nothing to me about it. After all, he should know I would put nothing in his way if he discovered his heart belonged to another."

GETTING TO KNOW HER

"The Fuhrer needed a loving, undemanding young woman to welcome him back and Eva fit the description. Hitler found himself growing genuinely fond of her. Hitler was a one-party dictator with the power of life and death over millions, but another side of him craved affection. Adolph loved kitsch and liked to watch the latest films while holding Eva's hand. 'When Adolph has won the war,' she would tell friends, ' he promised me I can play myself in a film about our life story.'"

But Adolph was anything but predictable as Eva reveals in two separate diary entries. One day:

"I am so infinitely happy that he loves me so much. He is madly in love with me."

Followed by a significant epiphany:

"He needs me for certain purposes, otherwise he'd never find the time for me. If only I had never set eyes on Adolph."

This self-realization drove the Reich bimbo to attempt suicide twice, rationalizing, "Anyway, the uncertainty is more terrible than a sudden ending of it all." Before the second, nearly successful attempt, Adolph took Eva for granted. After, he realized what a good catch she was:

"It wasn't just her good looks; Eva's good qualities attracted Hitler in the first place. He knew he could trust her...Hitler did not think much of the political and intellectual capabilities of women. Hitler wanted somebody with whom he didn't have to think. Eva lived discreetly in the Berghof but took no part in any discussions, asking no question beyond what film they should be watching that evening. Adolph called her 'proud,' recalling how long it took her to accept money from him."

But Eva had free time of her own:

"She praised Adolph to the skies and took ever opportunity to rave about his beautiful blue eyes. (But) if she pined for the company of her own crowd she could let go in Munich, dance to the latest records, study her and her friends' astrological charts...Eva was a great dancer. Put on a gramophone record with wonderful fast music and all of a sudden Eva was transformed. The more sensual the dance, the more she gave into it. Hitler would only make fun of this dancing."

But back in the Berg, life was not so free. Eva and Adolph were the Sinatra/Farrows of the Reich; she the hippie chick twenty years younger than Adolph. There was a yawing generation gap between them. Eva felt much more at home with the help, gossiping freely with them, than Adolph's friends.

"She had to marshal people who were twice her age, had no liking for her and less respect. Nazi wives referred to her as 'the silly cow...'"

That insult could only be made well out of Hitler's earshot because Eva was taking over;

"Only Eva could playfully rebuke him when he talked too long in the evenings. Eva would say, 'Oh,come on Adolph, that's enough talk.' In referring to him, everyone from Goring to the humblest housemaid as der Fuhrer, never, heaven forbid, as Adolph...He was happiest to see her wear his favorite dresses several times in succession. Eva changed her clothes several times a day so as to be modishly dressed for every occasion...Eva acted silly and lighthearted because that was the best way to take the pressure off him; by teasing and laughing at his jokes."

ADOLPH LAUGHS AT EVA'S PIXIE SENSE OF HUMOR

"'It's a glorious piece of sculpture. Please buy it for me.' Adolph took her hand. 'But I have no idea who owns it. Perhaps it belongs to the city, in which case I can't buy it.' 'Oh,' she said, 'If you succeed in beating back the Russians and freeing Berlin, then you can make this one exception.' Adolph laughed at her female logic."

EVA PROPHECIZES THE SHIRELLES

"Wherever he goes, My heart will follow." - Soldier Boy, The Shirelles 1963

Eva Braun; "If Adolph thinks it's right to stay in Berlin, then I'll stay with him. If he goes, I'll go too."

Of Eva, from deluded author Lambert: "Eva had as little clue of what Hitler did when closeted for hours with the Nazi bigwigs, as does a small child who waves bye-bye to its father every morning before he leaves for work...She was no anti-semite."

Instead she was wacky; "The Imelda Marcos of the Third Reich, ordered yet more shoes from her favorite shoemaker, although she had scores of pairs...When she saw the photograph she said to a friend, 'If only Chamberlain knew the history of that sofa." (jab jab, elbow, elbow.) Was she saying that she had surrendered her virginity to Adolph there?"

ADOLPH SHOWS OFF

"On March 13, 1938 the Anschluss of Austria was announced. Hitler arrived on the 14th to be greeted with jubilant hysteria by large crowds. Eva was there to witness his triumph. The very fact that he wanted her there with him at this significant moment was a telling acknowledgement of her status."

Not said; boy was Eva impressed with her boyfriend. What she didn't know then was the upcoming war would keep Adi busy and away from her.

"Hitler and Ribbentrop were walking up and down for three hours. A small blonde face opened the door and said, "Oh Adolph, please, we must have our luncheon."...Dictator, psychopath, mass murderer, Hitler was all of these, but he also craved love. Only Eva and (his dog) Blondi could provide it."

But then the tide of war had gone sour and Eva became the belle of the bunker, though she could be downright prickly if anyone criticized her man; for instance, her sister Ilse;

"'Your Fuhrer is a fiend; he's dragging you into the abyss with you.' Eva raged in turn. 'How can you say such things about Adolph? He's so generous. You deserve to be lined up against the wall and shot.'"

Eva's devotion to Adolph was far greater than her loyalty to family, as revealed when Adolph ordered her brother-in-law Hermann Fegelein executed. She thought of her sister Gretl,  pregnant with Fegelein's child, and asked Adolph to rescind his order. No way, he replied. "Eva answered meekly, 'You're the boss (fuhrer)." That didn't stop Eva from sending upbeat messages to Gretl; "I spend all my time in the bunker now and as you can imagine, I'm terribly short of sleep." But to compensate for any minor privations, "The secretaries and I are doing pistol target practice and have mastered it so well that the men don't dare compete with us."

As Berlin was being slowly overrun by the Russians, she was becoming the only one with total faith in Adolph. "Almost everyone else thought he was deranged, irrational and suicidal. But for Eva, everything would soon be alright. Adolph had said so."

But did she believe him? Always the center of a good party, Eva tried to lighten up but the bunker, but was her joy mixed with dread?

"She wanted to celebrate; to drink, to dance. Eva Braun wanted to dance! Suddenly she dragged us all into a giddy whirl, like someone who's already felt the first chilly draught of death."

This led to an Eva-less sex orgy which she left in disgust. Nothing was going right. Adolph was losing his friends and she was mad as heck. In her immortal words:

"Poor, poor Adolph, deserted and betrayed by everyone. Better that ten thousand others die than he should be lost to Germany."

When all looked hopeless to Eva, in came a miracle;

LOVE AND MARRIAGE

All it took was for Eva to tell Adolph, "Come on, you know I'm staying with you. You can't send me away." Now the orchestra builds to the final climax of their romance:

"Then Hitler's eyes began to light up and he did something that no one had ever seen. He kissed Eva Braun on the mouth. He declared his love by showing the women that she was his beloved."

And there is more misty-eyed drama to the whirlwind romance of Adolph and Eva. In his final recorded testament, he declared, "Eva goes to death with me as my wife, according to her desire."

And then for thirty-six hours, the happiest woman in Germany was Fraulein Eva Hitler. She made a lovely corpse.

LET MY MOSQUE BE BUILT...OR ELSE

Is it just me, or is everyone's in-box being flooded by groups opposed to the Ground Zero Mosque for moral reasons? The argument in short is, those Muslims killed 3000 Americans on this spot, and damned if they'll build a mosque on our holy cemetery. Jewish groups are the most vocal in their objections, and they had better be wary. If the Muslims were either incidental to 9-11 or not even involved, half their moral justification is gone. And if Israel was involved...oy vevoy lanu! ( I'm not translating it. The meaning is clear.)

Permit me to summarize something close to the real American-Israeli recent history, a portion of which I was responsible for uncovering, and much more remains buried deep.

In the winter of '91, Bush the First ordered Iraq attacked, and Israel was slammed with SCUD missiles. PM Shamir traded restraint for Saddam's overthrow. But Bush reneged on the deal and left Saddam in place to sow his signature murder and unrest. Israel called foul and, whoever really rules the place from the Labor Party, agreed to American conditions and cut a counter-deal for Saddam's body; they would invite the PLO back as partners in "peace." We'll skip the part where every filthy trick was used to get Labor back in power. For that, you buy my books.

In December '93, barely a month after the "historic" Oslo "peace" Accord was signed, I managed to finagle an interview with one of the two Israelis who negotiated it, Ron Pundak. He told me many things, but most shocking was the huge lie about who was sponsoring the Oslo treachery. "Warren Christopher was very skeptical at first but by March he came onboard," Pundak stated. President Clinton was a member of The Council On Foreign Relations (CFR), a 4200 member poli-sci club which, at the top, determines American foreign policy. His Secretary-of-State, Christopher (CFR), was guiding the Oslo talks between Israel and the PLO. The big big big lie came in August '93, when Clinton feigned shock that the Oslo talks took place and wasn't sure whether to accept them or not. Of course, within a few milliseconds he accepted them.

The fabulous folks who brought Israel "peace" helped bring down the three World Trade Center buildings. It was the third, an obscure little 47 storey building, that assures us this statement is true.

George Bush Junior was as much an activist as Clinton was a conniver. The Israelis, unknown to the Israeli public, and I stress, totally acting against the interests of the Israeli people, still wanted their end of the '91 deal; a dead Saddam. But the CFR had a clinker of a clause all ready; the evacuation of Jews from the Gaza Strip. And we know where that predictably led. However, the hushhush leaders of Israel agreed and the deal to get America back in Iraq, with a sidetrip to Afghanistan for mostly unrelated reasons, began.

WTC was owned by two Jews, one Israeli. The ground floor space was acquired by Frank Lowy, a self-confessed Mossad agent, who emigrated to Australia from Israel in 1952, and owned the 99-year lease for the 425,000 square foot retail portion of the destroyed World Trade Center.

The owner of the whole complex was Larry Silverstein.

Silverstein was interested in acquiring the entire World Trade Center complex, and put in a bid when the Port Authority put it up for lease in 2000. Silverstein won the bid when a deal between the initial winner and the Port Authority fell through, and he signed the lease on July 24, 2001, only weeks before the towers were destroyed in the 9-11 attacks. Following the attacks, Silverstein was awarded an insurance payment of more than three and a half billion dollars to settle his seven-week-old insurance policy. In addition, the Silverstein group sued the insurers liable for the World Trade Center for another three and a half billion dollars, claiming that by an obscure clause in their contract, the two planes constituted two separate terrorist attacks. In total, Silverstein was awarded nearly $7.2 billion in insurance money following the destruction of the Twin Towers.

And that's why all the guys call him Lucky Larry.

But that name may not stick for long because at 5:20 PM, in the shadows of the smoldering buildings 1 and 2, Larry ordered 47 storey Building 7 collapsed. And down in came in a perfect controlled demolition. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5akpnIFK-RM

Questions about the highly suspicious nature of the building's collapse remained comparatively muted until January 2004, when a PBS documentary, America Rebuilds, originally broadcast in September 2002, received attention across the Internet. The documentary was made infamous for one comment made by Larry Silverstein on the subject of 9/11. Silverstein states, "I remember getting a call from the, er, fire department commander, telling me that they were not sure they were gonna be able to contain the fire, and I said, "We've had such terrible loss of life, maybe the smartest thing to do is pull it. And they made that decision to pull and we watched the building collapse."

Needless to say, it took months of precise engineering work to organize this decision to "pull" the building. So how did Larry know his building was rigged with demolition explosives? Come on, Larry, tell us! HOWDJA KNOW?
The most logical reason why Building 7 had to be brought down was that Flight 93 was supposed to have crashed into it but, inexplicably, crashed instead into Pennsylvania. With fire marshals snooping around, the whole plot would be exposed unless Building 7 was quickly destroyed.

And onward the peace diplomacy continued. Silverstein escaped his blatant crimes and attended a CFR party to raise funds for the evacuator of Gaza's Jews, Ariel Sharon.

A report by Israel's Channel Ten television reporter Raviv Drucker last night provided a detailed report on the Sunday night affair. He related how the organizer and hostess - NIna Rosenwald - sent letters to selected invitees asking for $10,000 per person or couple, and how the 5th Avenue location was closed off for over an hour for what the police described as a "top secret" reason. Only the 15 invited couples were permitted to enter Rosenwald's apartment, after having paid the minimum amount in advance.

Rosenwald is a member of the CFR (Council of Foreign Relations). Among the participants at the dinner were World Trade Center insurance beneficiary Larry Silverstein.

A reporter asked Silverstein on his way out if Sharon had thanked him for his donation. Silverstein replied, "No. But it's not necessary; we're here to support the man."

To those patriots who are fighting the Ground Zero mosque, the Muslims have the pat moral hand and you are just blindly doing the filthiest political work there is: GIVING AID AND SUCCOR TO THE REAL TERRORISTS.

FROLICKING IN THE OIL

(On The Beach, Florida) There is an oil leak in the Swamp Of Mexico that will never be capped. The pressures from the deep shattered the pipe well below the surface, exploding the funnel in many places. Oil is leaking from holes becoming too numerous to keep track of. The beaches of Western Florida are now home to an ever increasing number of tar balls and at the height of the season, tourism has all but died. To save the unsalvageable situation, Florida's governor, Charlie Crist, took $25 million that was desperately needed to support the newly unemployed, to distribute an ad inviting people to Florida's "pristine" beaches. Like Netanyahu's flotilla argument, "But they attacked us first," Crist's was believed by no one. Whether out of desperation or corruption, I care not. For I am now The Anti-Crist.

The reserve of oil gushing into the new swamp, is reportedly the second biggest on earth. When finally emptied, a billion barrels of oil will have escaped...as I did from Israel. I ended up in my safe Florida paradise, far from the deadly corruption of Israel. The computer analyses say my paradise will be inundated in about six weeks.
Well, I've had it. No one or nothing is going to make me flee again. This leak is no disaster. It provides us all with a wonderful opportunity to live in a beautiful new environment. I'm looking forward to the arrival of the oil. And shouldn't we all be? What's a manatee ever done for me? I can't wait to frolic in the oil.
With so much now to occupy me in Florida, Israel's crimes almost seem mundane. It seems that the Sharon family is being indicted for taking a big bribe from one Martin Schlaff:

The national fraud squad has recommended that Omri and Gilad Sharon be indicted for mediating bribery and to indict Austrian magnate Martin Schlaff for giving bribes to the tune of $3 million. The police allege that the bribe money was given to former prime minister Ariel Sharon. The police say they have evidence that the original loan to Gilad Sharon, as well as the $3 million loan, came from a company controlled by Schlaff. Since the affair broke, Schlaff has stayed away from Israel, even missing his father's recent funeral in Jerusalem.

The New York medical examiner ruled Solomon Obstfeld's June 9 death a suicide, but family and friends insist Obstfeld was murdered after a dispute with an Israeli rabbi.

The mysterious death of an Orthodox Jewish millionaire on June 9 in New York has sparked a whirlwind of rumors, even though the medical examiner ruled the death a suicide.

Solomon (Shlomo) Obstfeld fell to his death from the 19th floor of his posh Manhattan apartment, and while New York police have yet to close the case, Obstfeld's family members and close friends believe he was murdered and have hired a private investigator to look into his death.

The New York Daily News reported that Obstfeld was connected with former Israeli prime ministers Ariel Sharon and Ehud Olmert and also had ties with Austrian businessman Martin Schlaff, who attended Obstfeld's funeral.
Israeli police suspect Schlaff of having bribed Sharon and want to question him.

It has also been reported that Olmert visited Obstfeld's office two weeks before Obstfeld's death.

The chief executive of Leader Capital Markets, one of Israel’s top investment banks, has committed suicide, a company spokeswoman said on Sunday.
Danny Barak, 48, jumped from his office on the 17th floor of one of Tel Aviv’s most prominent office towers on Friday, the spokeswoman said.

Barak, who is survived by his wife and four children, did not leave a note explaining his suicide.
“It is a mystery,” the spokeswoman said.

In the background possibly is LCM's involvement with the financial meltdown in Hungary and the toxic derivatives crises at Société Générale (France) and Commerzbank-Dresdner (Germany).

Rabbi Obsfeld's murder fits in the one-sided civil war going on in Israel which sees Labor Zionism weakening, dividing, murdering, and arresting the religious public. I am sent unending reports of illegal arrests. Here is a note I received yesterday sent by an old friend and a gentle one, Bruce Brill;

Yesterday I had "my day in court." This is the case where the police in an illegal search of my place found my collection of bullets which they claim is illegal (I guess THEY'RE experts on what's "illegal." To sum up, the 4 witnesses I asked to come to testify on my behalf were made to sit out in the unairconditioned hall for the duration... about 4 and a half hours, AND WEREN'T CALLED in to testify. The court session ran out of time because the police prosecutor didn't bring the evidence. The judge asked them to produce the evidence and after waiting for over an hour they said that they can't locate the evidence. Shades of the Keystone Cops. My poor witnesses: wasted an entire half day on my account. I feel so bad for their loss of time. In the courtroom, my lawyer's cross examination got countless answers from the cops, again and again and again that they "don't remember" details of what transpired. One of the things they "didn't recall" was that I played the violin during the search (they forced me to play it or else they would have laid their grubby hands on my 230 year-old violin). Even THAT they "didn't remember." Such liars! None of them, NONE OF THEM, could quote the so-called law that I violated upon which they're indicting me.
Instead of dismissing the case, the judge is giving the police another 2 weeks-plus to produce the evidence and another date for the continuation of the case was set for July 6th.

This week's outrage occurred two weeks before the school year ended, when the Supreme Court of Israel ordered 44 Ashkenazi families to force their children into a Sephardic school. The protests began. They are reported as proof of Ashkenazi bigotry when in fact, it's precisely the same as ordering Methodist parents to send their children to a Baptist school. Who incited this provocation? A week before the court decision, Pres. Shimon Peres arranged a meeting with Dep. Religious Affairs Minister Porush. The court's decision was made by Judge Edmund Levy, who adjudicated the Yigal Amir trial and thus built the Rabin coverup; the compromise agreement was suggested by the politician and party thoroughly corrupted by Peres in the 80s, Arye Deri of the Shas Party; and the whole ruckus was initiated by the New Israel Fund, the poster child of the Peres Peace Center.

Another outrage was the report from the Disengagement Authority Director, Yonathan Basi to PM Netanyahu. It turns out, or it has been widely reported, and there is a difference, that Basi had instructions to break up the Gush Katif villages. They chose to stay together, so five years after the Gaza evacuation, the refugees mostly live in mobile homes with the cockroaches. Such is the fate of anyone who chooses Judaism in Israel.

The problem is that Israel has a two front battle going, and the victims of the civil war think the Arab threat is the more immediate. So they defend an Israel that despises them. What these patriots don't understand is both fronts will equally crush them. They have to defeat the Israeli "secret" establishment no less than they have to overcome the Arabs and their allies. The stakes are precisely the same.
There are numerous non-religious, right-wing writers who are 30 years out of date and essentially parrot whatever is the Israeli government spin on anything. They deservedly have a readership dwindling towards zero. Then there are religious writers who have their audience. They are becoming dangerous to their readers' survival. They not only puppet their government's nonsense but have all kinds of other foes like Arabs, Lefties, professors, erev rav...anything and anyone but their most vicious enemy, the government of Israel.

During the mid-80s, Israel's beaches were littered with oil and tar balls. We weren't told how they got there. I loved to fish and camp by the Mediterranean. Sure, you had to throw out your clothes sticky with oil afterwards. But not all was bad, in fact there was a notable improvement. You threw a tar ball on the campfire and it burst into a blue flame that lasted to the morning. There was no need to gather driftwood for the fire anymore.
Oil can be tons of fun when there is nothing you can do to stop it.

PASS OUT THE TREATS, WE'RE HERE

ISRAEL ATTACKS A SHIP

Armed with paintball guns and marshmallow treats, a platoon of Israeli commandos were shocked by actual violence against them as they landed on the ship. "Wait, thought one, were is the band, where are the balloons?"
PM Netanyahu's defence of the killing of nine activists was, our troops were attacked. Well, of course they were. They gatecrashed a party and you know how Turks hate intruders. He'll get nowhere if that's the best he can come up with. But it's better than, this operation was done so stupidly, it had to have been a planned fiasco. But neither he nor any critic dare name the planner of the embarrassment.

When the first Marine who landed on the Marmara was attacked on the spot, Admiral Marom should have changed tactics immediately. It is hard to doubt his expertise in such simple matters, but they continued dropping the Marines with paintball guns onto a ship which was exploding with rage. Apparently, the Marines did not receive fire cover from several helicopters right above them, despite being in mortal danger. They went with mere pistols against hundreds of armed rioters: in close combat, the rioters' knives and axes were easily equal to Navy handguns. Someone sent the Marines to their deaths, and one is left to ask oneself about the role of Admiral Marom, who
narrowly escaped discharge a year ago due to his tendency to frequent strip joints, and who may be indebted to high-ranking leftists in the establishment who saved his job.

This writer notes that "someone sent the Marines to their death" and safely blames the wrong man, Admiral Marom. He is too timid to write the obvious; Marom took orders from his superior, Defence Minister Ehud Barak. It was Barak who probably planned and certainly approved every detail of this intentional naval "fiasco." One way you can tell that he's being protected is when the military establishment starts an obvious coverup:

Yediot Ahronot's senior military analyst, Alex Fishman provided the following Q&A in the 4 June edition relating to the commando operation that took over the Mavi Marmara.

Q: Why weren't chains or ropes used to jam the propellers of the ship?

A: It wouldn't work. Any method that requires sending frogmen near propellers that are running is unacceptably dangerous.

Who said anything about frogmen? This is use of obfuscation, appearing to be answering a question but actually avoiding it. Nets or shells could have been used to foul the propellers and they weren't.

Q: Why were ships simply placed to block the boat?

A: A boat can't block another ship. The only way a ship can effectively stop another one is by ramming it.
Q: Why not ram the boat?

A: You need to hit it with a heavier ship. The Mavi Mamara might have sunk
if hit.

Here is one option: The ship receives a warning shell. With lots of advanced warning, the ship knows it must shut down engines or risk a shell in its lower hull. The flotsam is then rescued. Everyone on the ship expected this and put on their life preservers. But Israel surprised them. Instead, a small platoon arrived on deck prepared to take care of a mob outnumbering them 40-1 with goodwill, tasty treats and a fun game of paintball. All because it was a better option than sinking the ship.

In 2000, Barak was the Israeli Prime Minister who went to Camp David and gave Yasir Arafat the works, even half of Jerusalem. That his plan was inexplicably turned down by Arafat doesn't mean it couldn't be revived right now. All he needs to do is force Netanyahu out with an incident so bloody and outrageous that every nation on earth condemns Israel and its leader. One publication from the other side implies that Barak cut a deal with Rahm Emmanuel that gave him the go ahead to plan the flotilla disaster:

The Israeli press confirmed that Rahm Emmanuel had a meeting with Defense Minister Ehud Barak, whose Ministry was responsible for overseeing the Commando attack on the Flotilla. 

There have been reports to the effect that Rahm Emmanuel would "lead a team of high octane Democratic party pro-Israel political operatives to run the campaign for the Defense Minister Ehud Barak" against Netanyahu in the next Israeli election. "Barak is more of a team player than Netanyahu, and appeals to many Americans and Israelis who see Netanyahu’s belligerence as an embarrassment. If Barak was elected Prime Minister and the peace process was restarted, President Obama could get the credit for the resumption of the talks."

There is an Israeli commission of inquiry that I expect will be a whitewash, but it must answer the core telling question spreading throughout the IDF and the country; Did Barak approve this operation behind the backs of the Knesset and his superior PM Netanyahu? My reading of the facts is precisely that. Which means Barak did unto Netanyahu that which, in 1982, he did unto Menachem Begin. As I recently wrote:

I learned the real facts of the Sultan Yakob massacre as told by brigade commander, Gen Avigdor Ben Gal, to the newspaper Kol Ha'ir in 1997. He set out on a jeep tour when two lower officers, took over the brigade command radio against all orders. Both would become leaders of the Labor Party; Amram Mitzna and Ehud Barak. This was not a Labor Party war; it was initiated by the newly powerful Menachem Begin and his Likud Party. If the war went well, Labor wouldn't see power again for the foreseeable future. So Barak and Mitzna were ordered to sabotage it by killing Jews. But not Labor secular Jews. Only the religious would serve their purposes. So with the maps in front of them, they deliberately sent a religious brigade to its doom.

Barak is a worm boring its way through the government. At the Herzliya Conference in 2010, he offered unilateral withdrawal
and begged the PA to assume power in Judea and Samaria. Otherwise, he warned, "Israel was in danger of becoming an apartheid nation."

Once again the Israeli public will reject any hint that their Defence minister was prepared to sacrifice the lives of their children to win political points. They have been fleeced again, under deadly attack by their own Defence Minister, and because they are not treacherous enough to order the slaughter of their own, they can't believe anyone is.
And once again as always, another Israeli Labor Party heads gets to murder with impunity.

In 1958, a geologist calculated that injecting fluid into the ground increases the chance of earthquakes. Thirty-one years later, another geologist has shown the reverse: pumping gas or oil out of the ground can also trigger earthquakes.

Pumping out underground crude contracts the rock in oil reservoirs and sets up large pressure changes over short distances, Paul Segall of the U.S. Geological Survey in Menlo Park, Calif., calculates in the October GEOLOGY. Vertical contraction makes the ground above the reservoir sink, while horizontal stresses pull surrounding rock inward. If the pull becomes strong enough to shear the rock, an earthquake results.

Although geologists have reported moderate earthquakes near gas and oil fields since the 1920s and have long suspected the wells as the cause, Segall's mathematical analysis shows specifically how and where the ground slips, says geologist C. Barry Raleigh of the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. Segall's ground-breaking work discloses a dirty little secret oil engineers have always known.

"This is the first time that anyone has shown in any kind of analytical way that withdrawing fluid causes earthquakes," confirms John D. Bredehoeft of the USGS.
Because most earthquakes have been moderate in magnitude, petroleum engineers probably won't change their techniques, Raleigh says. But they didn't know about BP Oil drilling 5,000 off-shore in the Gulf of Mexico...

IS THIS GOD'S ISRAEL?

This week at synagogue, one of the Torah portions we read was B'Midbar. It tells the story of the prophet of the decay of the Northern Kingdom of Israel, Hosea. The breakaway state began with a strong king and then deteriorated into a series of inept and incompetent "judge" leaders.

Hosea was married to a faithless wife, Gomer. While she turned him into a laughing stock cuckold, he refused to stop loving her. He later realized that she served a divine purpose; her betrayals coincided with the moral downfall of Israel. He named the third of their children, Lo Ammi, or Not Of My People. Seeing the end of Israel, my synagogue's own interpretation of the Torah, concluded that Hosea's message was, "Israel was no longer the people of God's covenant." The end of the state came not long after.

The previous week I had unknowingly written Hosea's message for a Christian magazine, The Hope Of Israel. write yacob@bellsouth.net. It's hardly modern scripture but you be the judge:


In the summer of '82, I fought in the Lebanon War for the Israel Defense Forces. I was shot at a few times, survived some artillery barrages but came home in one piece. To celebrate survival, I joined my very lovely friend, Michelle Benishu, for beers at a Jerusalem pub. Her family's experience of the war dampened my selfish joy. Her brother was a member of a religious armored brigade ordered by Ehud Barak into a Syrian ambush above Lake Karoun, ten miles from my position, in a wadi called Sultan Yakob. Before the brigade could be extricated, 23 soldiers had died and twice as many had been wounded. Her brother fell into the latter category, suffering severe shell shock. If that sounds minor, don't tell him that. He was hospitalized for weeks until he recovered enough to go home. Seeing two dozen killed will do that to you.

I asked Michelle, "So being religious has nothing to do with survival in war?"

Without hesitation she answered, "Not a thing."

It was only 15 years later that I discovered in Israel, being religious does have much to do with survival. It decreases the odds. I learned the real facts of the Sultan Yakob massacre as told by her brother's brigade commander Avigdor Ben Gal to the newspaper Kol Ha'ir. He set out on a jeep tour when two lower officers, took over the brigade command radio against all orders. Both would become leaders of the Labor Party; Amram Mitzna and Ehud Barak.
This was not a Labor Party war; it was initiated by the newly powerful Menachem Begin and his Likud Party. If the war went well, Labor wouldn't see power again for the foreseeable future. So Barak and Mitzna were ordered to sabotage it by killing Jews. But not Labor secular Jews. Only the religious would serve their purposes. So with the maps in front of them, they deliberately sent a religious brigade to its doom.
Also in on the dirty political game was Gen. Ariel Sharon. Eight years before, he created a secular left party called Shlomzion. After leaving the Yom Kippur War as the only hero, he was invited to New York for a meeting with Henry Kissinger. It was then, in Jan. '74, than Sharon was strongly urged to unite his party with Menachem Begin's Herut to form what became the Likud. After the debacle of the Yom Kippur War, it was understood that Labor's days were numbered. Sharon's goal would be to nullify the effect by destroying the Herut from within.

In September of '82, he had his chance. As Begin's Defence Minister, he ordered his supposed Christian allies, to attack the Palestinian population centers of Sabra and Shatilla on their own. Without the IDF to mollify them, the Christians massacred some 800 people. The attack began on a Friday, reports of the slaughter were publicized on Saturday and Sharon did not order the Christian troops out until Monday.

By then, Begin was all but finished as a leader of Israel. And the connivers against the Jewish and Christian troops, Barak, Mitzna and Sharon would all run for the job of the Prime Minister of Israel and Sharon and Barak would get the post. Pushing murder was its own reward.

The results of Israel's last elections showed that the vast majority voted for a Right-Religious government. The Labor Party led by Barak received all of 8% of the popular vote. However, with a clear majority at his disposal, PM Netanyahu turned away the religious parties and invited Barak and Labor into his government. The same thing happened when Sharon was elected Prime Minister. He snubbed the religious parties and made the hugely corrupt Shimon Peres his Foreign Minister.

The religious have no genuine say about Israeli politics. Nor were they ever supposed to.

THE CREATION OF ISRAEL - IN SHORT

In 1932, there were three branches of Zionism; Labor, Herut and the Orthodox. In the same year, over 250 organizations represented the Jews of Germany. That same year, Labor presented a deal to the Nazis that by 1934, would see the Herut and Orthodox removed from the Zionist shadow government of Israel, and reduce the number of organizations representing German Jews to one: Labor Zionism.

The deal became The Transfer Agreement. The Labor Zionists promised the Nazis to end worldwide sanctions and boycotts against their regime, in return for making life impossible for German Jews, forcing them to emigrate to Palestine. Herut got wind of the atrociously immoral agreement and fought it tooth and nail. To nip revolt in the bud, the Labor negotiator of the agreement, Chaim Arlozorov was murdered in Tel Aviv, and Herut was blamed for long enough to provide an excuse to remove them from power.

The leader of Labor Zionism, Chaim Weizmann, addressed the Herut and religious-less 1936 World Zionist Congress with the following dreadful pronouncement: "Perhaps only 2 million Jews will survive the upcoming Holocaust, (yes, he used that word) but they will be strong and good for the Land of Israel. The rest will be blown into the dustpile of history."

But the Nazi collaborator was wrong. Barely 100,000 Jews survived where the Nazis occupied and, they were the majority of the world's religious Jews. No attempt to save them was made and there is much evidence, as in the case of the Hungarian Jews, that they were purposely sent to their murders by the future leaders of Israel.

With so few secular Jews to populate Israel after its creation, the Sephardim of Asia and North Africa, the vast majority of whom were religious, were manipulated by created hatred to move to the new state. Their arrival was no cause for their celebration. In an act so horrid that it defies every precept of the 3000 year old Jewish holy works, the Labor governments of the1950s, led by Atomic Energy Commissioner Shimon Peres, had every single Sephardic infant and toddler, some 113,000, subjected to massive blasts of gamma rays through their brains. Some 4,500, mostly Yemenite infants, were kidnapped and sent to the US to die in God-awful, atomic experiments.

It’s used to seal the well shut, in order to test the pressure and integrity of the well, and, in case of a blowout, it’s the crew’s only hope. A key component is a rubber gasket at the top called an annular which can close tightly around the drill pipe. Williams says, during a test, they closed the gasket. But while it was shut tight, a crewman on deck accidentally nudged a joystick, applying hundreds of thousands of pounds of force, and moving 15 feet of drill pipe through the closed blowout preventer. (A month later) the BOP that was supposed to protect us and keep us from the blowout obviously had failed.

On the evening of Yom Atzmuat, 2006, I was invited to a party off an obscure road outside of Modiin. At about 1:30 AM, I left the road and was hit by a car so seriously that I was dead and revived on the hospital table three times.
I stayed in Sheba Hospital for ten days where my treatment was scary to the point that I asked my attorney Dov Even Or to get me released, but more important, to handle the police and insurance sides of my case.

Within a day or two, he informed me that the police would not tell him basic information like who hit me. He had never encountered such an illegal handling of an accident before. Once released, I phoned my insurance agent, Yardena, of Hamburger, Levy Insurance (Jerusalem). She said the Police would not give her any report, nor would they even inform her who had hit my car. Confused by it all, she told me she suspected a police coverup was taking place.

Even Or suggested that I make my police statement to him and he added that I should take a holiday abroad while he handled the police investigation. That was four years ago.

Two months ago, I asked my friend Baruch to pick up my file from Even Or. He sent me the police report and it was shocking. The police concluded that I had hit the vehicle and caused the accident. It was the polar opposite of the truth.

Now I'll be frank. Israel terrifies me and I believe I was set up to shut down my political writing. But I am owed serious money for this "accident," and I want my insurance company to pay:

14,000 NIS for the car
100,000 NIS for a separated shoulder which would cost $25,000 to repair in America.
100,000 NIS for head injuries which have caused constant dizziness and fainting for four years now.

You will find I have been the victim of other instances of injustice. If you take the case, you may ask for whatever contingency you desire.

ORTHODOX JEWS - WAKE UP OR YOU'RE THROUGH

I am a proud Conservative Jew who has stood up for the Orthodox for fifteen years, mostly because their Jewish oppressors, or the leaders of Israel, were much, much worse and they were far more moral than their enemies were. But how can I defend the Orthodox any more when they have become intellectually irrational, no, just plain wacky?
Look what happened in Jerusalem last week. Baruch Marzel and Itamar Ben Gvir, led a march of a couple of dozen followers in the Silwan neighborhood of East Jerusalem. Three hundred policeman accompanied them, and when riots broke out, seven were hospitalized along with a few Arab protesters. Here is the Marzel/Ben Gvir reaction:

"Nationalist activists Baruch Marzel and Itamar Ben-Gvir proclaimed at the end of their hour-long march in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem Sunday, “We have made it clear today who has sovereignty over Jerusalem.”

Three hundred Jews lived in Silwan in an area named after convicted spy Jonathan Pollard. Their contention was that if Arabs can live in Jewish neighborhoods in Israel, then it's only fair that Jews can live in Arab neighborhoods. A logical and right argument. They vigorously opposed the march, and how right they were. Here is the result the next day:

Jerusalem municipal inspectors accompanied by security forces are taking measurements in Beit Yehonatan in east Jerusalem's Silwan neighborhood. The building's residents were told the inspectors were setting the ground for eviction and enclosure orders.

Once again the Orthodox were bitten in the neck by Marzel/Ben Gvir. After fifteen years of these cretins defending government crimes, of appearing to be on their side, but of clearly pushing anti-Orthodox agendas, you'd think the Orthodox would understand these "radical" leaders were given to them by the government. They have shown their ugly faces by creating committees to liberate the likes of Yigal Amir and Baruch Goldstein as justified murderers, when their crimes were created by the government and they were deliberately part of the coverup.
The ugliest example of the use Mazel/Ben Gvir was in the expulsion of Jews from Gush Katif. Ben Gvir showed up at the headquarters of the demonstrators, was arrested, while his gang hung a poster reading, Muhammed Is A Pig. Inevitably the nearby Arabs rioted and the police moved in to arrest and remove the legitimate Jewish protesters.
Which is precisely what happened in Silwan last week.

Ben Gvir was not the only agent at work against the Orthodox of Gush Katif/Gaza. There were the leaders of the Yesha Council, Pinchas Wallerstein and Benzi Lieberman. Of Wallerstein, he recently quit his leadership position after no one backed his position that the housing freeze in Yesha was a terrific idea. Previously, Lieberman testified in court that he worked with Israel Police to assure that no protesters would ever make it to Gush Katif.
Not a week before the evacuation, I was invited by three Gush Katif rabbis to give me inside information on the anti-evacuation spiritual leader "Rabbi" Shlomo Aviner. The "Rabbi" had made a mockery of protest by turning it into a hippie love fest. Young Gazan Jews hugged soldiers and held hands, while their parents were led to believe that the Jewish army would never remove them from their homes. The real Rabbis told me how the government had placed Aviner in their midst and some of the information was later widely published. Aviner molested young girl students who came to him for tutoring. He was a pedophile who was given a choice between sitting in prison for his perversion or betraying 10,000 Jews out of their homes.

I knew Aviner personally. He paid me about $1000 to research why Jonathan Pollard was really sitting in prison for life. I took the money, went to work and discovered that PM Shimon Peres took Pollard's documents and blackmailed George Bush Sr. into creating what became known as Iran Contra. It was a breakthrough. But instead of using it, Pollard, a secular Jew, was dragged into the world of Orthodoxy by a phoney marriage and his fate was sealed. From my intent of utilizing documented facts to gain freedom, the Pollard people now did the usual Orthodox baloney like gathering petitions that nobody outside the signees read, or writing letters beginning, An Open Letter To The President or An Open Letter To American Jews, which was neither read by any President nor any non-Orthodox American Jews. They do this for everything and don't begin to ask why. It's part of their delusion.

Of delusion, look, just look at this letter I received two days ago from the proud Gush Katif former resident who received the coveted Moskowitz Award:

We too often see things in micro and then all the macro is out of focus as if it didn't exist.

Quite often we macro focus which pushes the micro totally out of view.

Adjusting our spiritual vision to see both in a unified view is somewhat of a challenge for many.

Thank G-d the many experiences of the people of Gush Katif during the thirty years there gave us the privilege to become astute at having multi focal vision...

After the traumatic expulsion, debilitating pain of the cruel destruction and the desecrating uprooting of the graves of the Gush katif cemetary , we yearned to survive sane and healthy.

Very quickly most of us realized our moral, ethical struggle, in spite of the odds enabled us to salvage our Jewish values and spirit. The multi focal vision we developed from our experiences in Gush Katif began coming back in focus slowly but surely , yet faster than those surrounding us expected.

Soon the multi foculed among us hooked up with the multifoculed all over Israel with klall yisrael neshamas and the most amazing projects came to life. So very many caring people became a part of the amazing efforts to aid, encourage, hug and then plough forward towards the building anew.

There is a very long list of Jewish organizations and individuals in Israel and abroad who work with us and help us. Together we have brought a new light connecting Am Eretz and Torat Yisrael to our main artery, to ZION.

After the destruction of Gush Katif this new light of construction and the encompassing value based efforts are, I believe, part of our Shivat Tzion, the return of Zion, as we look and yearn for our rebuilt Jerusalem , the light that will lead the way for our people and the world...
Your presence will give me the strength to represent us all and accept the recognition and acknowledgement long due the amazing people of Gush Katif and their supporters. Kol Hakavod and appreciation to the Dr. Irving and Cherna Moskowitz family , the award committee and organizers for this initiative which above all else adds strength and honor to Zion,to Jerusalem, to the Unity of G-d .

Excuse me but is it just me or is this woman nuts? The Zionists throw her out and she honors them? The Moskowitz Award is no honor, it's a sick fantasy that no one, except the recipient, could care less about. And the delusions get worse. One Shalom Rubashkin ran a kosher cattle butchery in Iowa that was the worst sweatshop since Upton Sinclair's time, employing hundreds of illegal, underpaid Latin American feudal semi-slaves and he got busted for it. Did the Orthodox community hide in shame, beg forgiveness, feel any guilt? Not in their mind state. They signed petitions no one will read to get this obvious "victim" of anti-semitism liberated.

With my laptop on my knees, I find myself beginning to write while watching the gentle flames of my Lag B’Omer fire. I have a permit for the fire. It was complicated to get, it had to be approved by the village and the health department as well as the fire department. The permit stipulates that I have to be present at all times, which I am… that the fire cannot be more than 3 feet in any dimension, which it is not, and… that the permitt is until 11 pm. OK. So it's a little past midnight… From such a small fire, the smoke will likely not be detected, and even if it is, I figure it is worth the fine to be able to enjoy my fire a little longer.

But it makes me wonder… did Shalom Mordechai not make a Cheshbon when he committed his crimes? Did he think he would not get caught? Perhaps he thought if he gave Tzedakah he would not get caught. My very first lesson at Beis Chana in Minnesota (not far from Iowa) was about a thief who paused to Daven before committing his crime. Or perhaps Shalom Mordechai did not know what the consequences would be.

Maybe SMR did not know he could be scapegoated if he committed a crime. It is my hope that others take to heart the example that SMR has suffered. As long as people indulge in illusions of ˜pure anti-semitism," and feel it is the judicial system which is at fault, they are not going to be able to make educated decisions to determine their own actions.
I pray that SMR is returned to his family in good time. It hurts me to see such a gem of a man, with such beautiful family, in such a terrible situation. What bothers me is the superstar image that has been generated around him. When I started getting e-mails from school aged children about SMR I became concerned.

In Chabad we have holidays when we celebrate the release from prison of our Rebbeim. Do the children recognize the difference between why the Alter Rebbe was jailed and why SMR is being jailed? The popularity and excitement surrounding the SMR case are frightening. They portray SMR as the good guy and the court as the bad guy. To young people – it may be conveying the message that financial crimes are cool. Our country is far from perfect. We need to work to improve it. But it is still a fabulous country even the way it is. We want a court system and we want our courts to punish criminals.
I received an email notice about SMR from a Shul newsletter. I e-mailed back that some note should be made that although we are doing what we can to release SMR, we do not condone criminal actions… even if those criminal actions are non-violent. The response I got from the sender of the email was that when they sent the first request on SMR's behalf they did mention such a thing and they feel that is suffice. Well… I did not see it the first time and I question a Shul and a Rav that support him without making that qualification. It worries me… do the youngsters involved in the campaign know to separate what is wrong and what is right.

When I hear people say that when the operations of SMR's plant were closed down, it forced him to default on his loans and therefore he is not to blame. I am amazed. In other words, he would not have been caught. Maybe people feel that way because they know they told a few lies when they applied for their mortgage… and if so, it is a perfectly legitimate action. If we all do it, that makes it the right thing to do, right? Irrelevant. If you do it, you risk getting caught. And you should make your personal decision on the odds of being caught against the potential punishment for the fraud. There is also the moral factor. Is your illegal act immoral?

I am trying to guess what the judge's perspective is as she deliberates on the sentence. If she gives too light a sentence it will give a message to SMR that his crimes were also light. She is no doubt aware of the widespread endorsement that surrounds the case. SMR sympathizers have sent messages to her and she wants to answer them. They have turned this into a public trial. She may recognize that she and the court have been demonized and that the SMR supporters continue to portray him an innocent victim.

How can we change her attitude? I think we can serve SMR best by showing the judge we have learned a lesson. We realize we need to respect the law. We realize we need to respect the court system. In fact it is a teaching of Our Torah to do so. If it were up to me I would initiate – in the Zechus of Shalom Mordechai Rubashkin – a network of Shiurim teaching the importance of business ethics. Summaries of the classes at different locations could be sent to the judge. In addition to adult classes, since high school children have been involved in the campaigns for SMR, let the high schools teach these classes also and assign reports. Let the judge see that the conviction of SMR is enough to put our community on the road she wants us to follow.

And the delusions just don't stop. The Orthodox hate Obama, and a movement thinks Sarah Palin is their savior. How can a woman who gets a million bucks an episode for a reality show, or takes $100,000 for a twenty minute speech be anyone's savior? Other people wrote me to, seriously I add, declare that the Icelandic volcano was God's wrath at England's policy towards Israel. These are the guardians of holy writ turning the Torah into superstition.
But it's not their fault entirely. In Israel, their wisest rabbis were murdered one by one by the shadow government and I add, costing me some of my most reliable friends and informants. Replacing them were criminals financially backed to be their leaders.
But how can I defend the Orthodox when they don't clean house and defend themselves?

THE TWO FACES OF POLITICAL PONEROLOGY

A longtime reader sent me a book that he assured me would radically change my political understanding. And he was almost right.

The book is called Political Ponerology written by a self-claimed Polish refugee in America, Andrew Lobaczewski, hereafter referred to as the author. To my initial delight, it is edited by a correspondent of mine for the past 14 years, Laura Knight-Jadczyk, hereafter referred to as the editor.

Ponerology is a term invented by the author and it means the study of the nature of political evil. Abusive editing does not fall into this category, but it should. As we shall see, the editor got hold of the rights to an important work and exploited it to push her own agenda, one which has nothing to do with the book itself.

The author believes that psychopaths are driven by rejection to take over governments and make whole nations and societies evil. We all know, or should know, psychopaths. They are manipulative, mostly men, who totally lack empathy for other people. Though they have learned to appear normal, that is merely a survival tactic. They lie without conscience, have sexual relations without regard for the feelings of their victims, they hurt others because they don't care about them, they foment division in all human relationships, and they justify complete selfishness because they feel superior to the adjusted world. When caught in misdoing, they put the hurt party on the defensive with false justifications. When they manage to achieve political power they can and do murder without remorse because they don't feel the pain of humanity. And they will murder for such "crimes" as simply disagreeing with them.
The author claims just .6% of a typical nation is composed of psychopaths but ten times that number, or 6%, have various psychological illnesses that permit them to support, even violently, the psychopath. They become the nouveau riche of the new society, while another 12% are callous or cowardly enough to create the bureaucracy. In short, it takes only 18% of the population to run an evil state.

This sums up the author's case. The book is a ponderous killer to read, written in the humorless style of most Eastern European literature. It is a thorough, clinical, case by case study of rule by psychopaths. In the editor's introduction, we get a first example of what will give the work unnecessary tension:

(Imagine) a case where the subject spent his childhood blowing up frogs with firecrackers. It is widely known that George W. Bush did this.

From this humble beginning, look what we get! We begin with a barely comprehensible statement from the author followed by footnote number 38 by the editor:

Even those historians familiar with the genesis and character of the Prussian state, including its ideological subjugation of individuals to the authority of king and emperor, and its tradition of bloody expansionism, intuit that these situations contained some activity of an uncomprehended fatality which eludes an analysis in terms of historic causality. 38

Now don't you wish you had said that? To which the editor replies:

38. An interesting comparison is the regime of George W. Bush and the Neoconservatives It closely follows the Kaiser in Germany.

Yeah, sure it does. Now watch the editor change the view of the author, who has sheepishly noted that among nations, Jews have the highest rate of schizoids:

The famous writings attributed to the Learned Elders Of Zion begin with a typically schizoidal declaration...We have to remember that 97% of Jews do not manifest this anomaly, and that it also appears among all European nations. 101

To which the editor corrects the author, noting that:

101. The Protocols Of The Elders Of Zion is now known to have been a hoaxed attribution to Jews. However, the contents are clearly not hoaxed ideas since a reasonable assessment of the events of the United States over the past fifty years or so gives ample evidence of their application in order to bring about the current Neoconservative administration.

That's setting the author straight. And it just keeps getting worse.

They initially perform subordinate functions in such a movement and execute the leaders' orders, especially whenever something needs to be done which inspires revulsion in others. 103

And that little observation sent the editor on a three quarter page diatribe beginning with:

103. Here, we cannot help but think of Karl Rove, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfield, proteges of Neoconservative philosopher, Leo Strauss.

If I was the author, I'd be furious with the editor. She has taken his masterwork and added thoughts outside his worldview. And as we shall see, it only gets more intrusive. She has concluded that Bush Jr. is a frog murdering psychopath. So what does that make his predecessor William Clinton, who used women non-stop and lied about it every time? Or of the current President who has lied about his entire academic past and very likely, even his birth nation? And on we go:

Millions of people ponder the dilemma of whether such a ruler could not modify his convictions somewhat and relinquish his dream of conquering the world. 107

107. This is especially true in the present day when the leaders and parliaments of many other countries, unhappy with the Bush Neocon administration, think elections in the US will set things right.

And now, the inevitable punchline, Israel:

It appears obvious, that religious systems have also succumbed to ponerologenic processes and manifested the symptoms of a similar disease. 126

126. Not to mention the fact that the Neocon-Bush administration is currently using Christian-Zionism as the ideology by which they mask pathocracy.

The religious idea then becomes both a justification for using force and sadism against non-believers, heretics and sorcerers...

127. As is the case of the US and Israel today.

As if Arab suicide bombers aren't psychopathic or the belief that Jesus was a Palestinian or that there was an ancient Palestinian nation doesn't fall into the same disease. Name a Palestinian national leader before Arafat. Strangely, the editor betrays her own knowledge of the broader truth in another footnote:

79. In Muslim cultures, where, if a woman is raped, it is the duty of her male family members to kill her to wipe away the shame from the family name. This act is pathological and criminal.

Whereas, the author does not mention Israel even once. As for religion, he comments mostly on his own, Catholicism.

The Roman Empire contaminated the primary homogenous idea of Christianity...This earthy foreign element infiltrated Christianity depriving it of any healthy support for, and trust in, the necessity of understanding human nature.

Political Ponerology has much to offer and should be read...without the editor's personal footnotes. We hope a better edition is planned.

When reading the book, I wondered where I fit in. No, I don't fit the psychopath mode. A closer description would be: Many people rebel against psychopathic domination and search for some way of liberating themselves from such an influence.

Talks have recently been underway to arrange a summit meeting in Rome this
April between President Shimon Peres and Palestinian Authority President
Mahmoud Abbas. The person behind the summit drive is Uri Savir, president of the Peres
Center for Peace, who was one of the architects of the Oslo accords and
served as director general of the Foreign Ministry when Peres was foreign
minister. Savir has been trying to arrange the summit for months now.

I spent days of fury debating the death satire and decided to go with it because my readers will get the irony, new readers will be unfamiliar with my pixie sense of humor and will be drawn in enough to read about Peres' latest deadly trick against Israel, and best of all, if it caught on, Peres will know that when he goes, he will not be remembered by everyone as a statesman but for the murderous cretin he actually was. (Save the "eulogy" and send it out widely when he finally goes down under.)

And while I somewhat overestimated all my readers' appreciation of the weapon of satire, those who got it, responded well. Take a gander at two responses from Israel National Radio

Newly discovered footage of a terrorist attack perpetrated by an Israel Defense Forces soldier in the Arab town of Shfaram five years ago indicates that authorities were aware of plans to commit the attack, a lawyer representing Israeli Arabs suspected of taking part in the subsequent lynching of the gunman said Sunday.
In August 2005, Eden Natan-Zada opened fire in a passenger bus in Shfaram with his army-issued M-16 assault rifle, killing four. Immediately following the attack, a large crowd gathered around the bus, surrounding the gunman and beating him to death.

Last year, prosecutors charged 12 individuals with taking part in the lynching of Natan-Zada, a move that ignited criticism from the Israeli-Arab community.

An attorney representing some of the lynch suspects recently became aware of the existence of the aerial footage which was taken moments before, during and after the attack.

The lawyer, Maher Talhami, said the cameras followed the trail of the bus in which Natan-Zada rode in entering Shfaram. Immediately after the attack, the footage shows angry mobs gathering at the scene.
Talhami argues that the camera's focus on the bus suggests that authorities were aware of the impending attack. The lawyer obtained the footage while combing through the evidence gathered in the case.
According to Talhami, the unmanned aerial vehicle flew at an altitude of three kilometers over the town and was filming just as Natan-Zada's bus entered Shfaram.

The footage shows the bus until the moment of the attack, which took place at 5:22 P.M. Police helicopters then hovered over the scene of the attack and continued filming.

Talhami said the timing of the filming indicates that defense officials knew of Natan-Zada's plan to perpetrate the attack.
"We are talking about video shot by a drone," Talhami said. "Obviously not every private individual or civilian agent operates a drone on his own volition."
"The method of surveillance of the bus proves that there was early information available to the defense establishment," Talhami said.

ANOTHER WITHDRAWAL, ANOTHER SHABAK MASSACRE

Barely a week ago I addressed the people of Neve Dekalim in Gush Katif and promised them that just before the pullout there would be a massacre perpetrated by the Shabak. I used the example of the Hebron pullout to make my point.
Back in '97, PM Netanyahu couldn't get his Hebron withdrawal past his cabinet. The next day, an IDF soldier, Noam Friedman, who had just spent 3 months in a psychiatric ward, took a bus to Hebron and shot up the Arab market in front of numerous television cameras which happened to be there as well. Due to international pressure, the withdrawal was passed by the cabinet that evening.

And I also told the gathered that the outrage would come from Kach, since the Shabak runs the organization. It is no coincidence that a few days before, Kach members publicly staged a Pulsa Dinura, death curse ceremony against Ariel Sharon. That trick was played one month before Rabin's murder by Kach members led by one Avigdor Eskin.
So, surprise, surprise, the Shabak aided by IDF intelligence pulled the old rabbit out of its hat just when they were supposed to. As usual, the patsy was Yemenite.

A Jewish soldier who went AWOL from the IDF one month ago killed four people and wounded 12 others when he opened fire inside a bus in an Arab town in the Galilee.

Angry residents lynched the 19-year-old following the shooting. He was identified as Eden Natan Zada from Rishon L'tzion, a city south of Tel Aviv. Israeli media reported that he recently moved to the Kfar Tapuach community in northeast Samaria after turning to religion and becoming involved in extreme political activism, but the administrator of the community said he never heard of the man.

The killer's parents, worried over their son's radical change, said they had asked the army to take away their son's weapon but were told by officers there was no need to do so.

Israel media tried to link the murder with anti-expulsion protests and pointed out that the murderer had refused to take part in the planned expulsion. Former MK Rabbi Chanan Porat told questioning interviewers there is absolutely no connection to be made between the anti-expulsion protests and the murder.

Many questions remained unanswered following the murder, which occurred shortly before 6 p.m., particularly concerning events immediately after the shooting. Police approached the bus in the town of Shafarm after the shooting and removed an angry mob from the bus and reportedly tried to protect the vehicle from hundreds of angry Arab residents. Five officers were injured as the mob pelted them with stones and bottles. Several people got past police, but it was not clear whether the shooter was killed following the police intervention or whether he died from the initial mob attack.

Zada was in an IDF unit other than the Border Police and it is not known how or why he obtained the Border Police uniforms.

MK Uri Ariel (National Union) said the IDF must investigate why the murderer had his weapon with him after having been on AWOL for an extended period of time.
Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said, "This was a reprehensible act by a bloodthirsty Jewish terrorist who sought to attack innocent Israeli citizens.... I send condolences to the families of those who were murdered and my best wishes for a quick recovery to those who were wounded. The entire State of Israel, regardless of race, religion or sex, strongly condemns this act of terrorism."

Once again, the sociopath Sharon had four Arabs killed and 16 others shot just to get his little Gaza withdrawal done. The shooter was another in a long line of Shabak patsies which includes Yigal Amir and Baruch Goldstein. And, as always, the "leaders" of the Right and the religious communities cower in shame over the incident. None dare actually blame the real perpetrators, the government of Israel and its internal security apparatus.

Recall what I wrote in my "parody" of Peres' murder:

Israel's second Prime Minister, Moshe Sharrett, swore he would tear his clothes and "go into mourning" if Peres ever entered politics. That was because, at the time in the early 50s, Peres was Director of Israel's Atomic Energy Commission. In his worst of many crimes, he sacrificed the lives some 10,000 Sephardic, mostly Yemenite and Moroccan children, in ghastly atomic experiments, in exchange for American nuclear bomb plans. The horrid details are in the film: The Ringworm Children,

Right now Israel is being pushed into war by the Council On Foreign Relations (CFR) through the likes of George Mitchell, William Burns and their CFR publicists Thomas Freidman, Richard Cohen et al. And while the CFR pushes Israel into the flames, Peres exploits the situation by making it look like the Vatican is pulling the nation out. Watch for a "peace plan" from Rome soon.

The situation is ugly and becoming deadly. Yet oddly, only my readers have the program to sort out the actors. I can only say, sorry, the worst of the performers, Shimon Peres, still lives.

Lebanon and UNIFIL are facing dangerous Israeli threats and the international community has to stop Israel's threats and to force it to implement U.N. Security Council Resolution 1701, President Michel Suleiman said during a state dinner in honor of visiting Spanish King Juan Carlos.

The president stressed that the transfer of UNIFIL's command to Spain is an important occasion to seek the implementation of UNSCR 1701, reminding of "the historical initiative launched from Madrid in 1991 that aimed to achieve a just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East based on U.N. resolutions."
He added that the Arab peace initiative endorsed in Beirut's Arab Summit in 2002 was based on Spain's peace initiative.

"A similar initiative was launched from Barcelona to achieve Euro-Mediterranean cooperation and growth … but the international community has not been able since that date to achieve any progress due to Israel's blatant intransigence, its practices, and its persistence in building settlements," added Suleiman.
"Lebanon appreciates Spain's eagerness to join UNIFIL forces after the July 2006 war."
The president reiterated Lebanon's commitment to UNSCR 1701 and voiced full support for UNIFIL and its new Spanish Commander Maj. Gen. Alberto Asarta Cuevas, saluting the efforts of Spain since the year 1978.

BEIRUT: President Michel Sleiman called on Spain King Juan Carlos I to enforce the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701 as he slammed Israel for hindering any progress on the Mideast peace process. Spain currently holds the rotating presidency of the European Union which coincides with the presence of Lebanon, since January 1, as a non-permanent member in the UN Security Council.

Come the 17th and Juan Carlos told Obama that Israel will not be able to survive the next war. Obama celebrated by sending William Burns of the CFR to Damascus to announce the impending new American ambassador to Syria. And no one paid any attention to the coordination of the King's visit and this diplomatic about face.
And while Burns was in Damascus, the "butcher of Iraq" General David Petraeus was in Saudi Arabia meeting the Juan Carlos counterpart, the King and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Abdullah Al Saud. We recall that just six months earlier, Obama met the Custodian/King, and bowed to him while his highness received two messages from Juan Carlos.

This is no coincidence. Obama, Juan Carlos (Vatican), and Saudi Arabia (all Muslims) are working in cahoots.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received today two messages from Spanish King Juan Carlos and President of the Spanish Government Jose Luis Zapatero.
The messages were handed over to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques by the Spanish Vice-President of the Government and Minister of Economy Elena Salgado during an audience held by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at his palace in Riyadh today.

KOESTLER, KHAZAR, KAPUT

Now, you'd think I had something more important to write about with Syria training Hizbullah in the Bekaa Valley on precision guided, long range missiles, with the Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak reacting by stopping the distribution of gas masks to his people and evacuating all training troops on the Golan Heights lest Syria think Israel is preparing to defend itself. A bad war is coming and I'm wasting your time and mine by writing about a medieval kingdom called Khazaria.

A generation ago, correspondence between a Spanish rabbi and the King of Khazararia a thousand years ago led to a series of books about a Jewish state that stopped the Muslim armies from capturing Europe. In a burst of Jewish pride, the authors told of a central Asian royal court that converted to Judaism, defeated the Islamic armies and saved Europe, just to its west.

But one book, The Thirteenth Tribe by Arthur Koestler, took the thesis a step further and speculated that the fall of Khazaria in the 11th century led to a mass migration that created Ashkenazi, or European, Jewry. To Koestler's delight, his speculation became a hit book in America.
Just so we know, Koestler was a rather inconsistent thinker. He was at times a communist, an anti-communist, and ended his career as a New Age author. But one philosophy stuck with him; in the '30s he moved to Israel and remained a Zionist all his life. He would twist in his grave if he saw how American anti-semites had twisted his ruminations. They view Koestler as a prophet of Jew-hatred and his book as belonging in the second tier of theocracy just behind the Bible.

According to them, since the Jews are not God's chosen people, instead are proto-Turks masquerading as Jews, we have no historical claim to Israel because we have no right to call ourselves Jews. Thus, only Sephardim are the real thing. What is planned for them in the future is never stated, but the Ashkenazim are fit for extermination, though only the most vicious of the lot openly say so. But the lines aren't hard to read between.
These anti-semites look for any excuse to attack Israel and her allies and sometimes the rationales are plainly absurd. They have no love for Arabs either but use Israel's war on Gaza as the latest in a long line of useful whipping boys. Any excuse that's handy will do. Never mind that the Arabs don't buy into the Khazarian nonsense; they back them because they're fighting Jews even if they are ignorant of Koestler's holy truth.
In the past, I have rarely mentioned the American far Right and its new Khazarian ideology. Here is a rare example from my book Save Israel :

tribe called the Khazars.

"Do you think," I asked, "that if 95% of Jews were from Khazaria we would have forgotten that? Jews have long, exact memories and we know where we were. If it was in Khazaria we wouldn't have forgotten it. And if we were Khazars, Yiddish would be a Turkish-based language, which it is
not. I don't think there are any Khazarian words in Yiddish. The Khazarian royal court did covert to Judaism, mostly for political reasons, but the Khazar people didn't or we would have remembered it."

Back then, I didn't think debunking Jew hatred was worth my energy. Today, I have an argument that should put the argument to rest forever, though I know a good hater never gives up. I know people who still think Russia is going to war against Israel next week. And there are those who think mankind has nothing to do with glaciers and ice sheets melting. In fact there are people who think ALL science is bunk, but especially genealogy.
They may as well stop reading.

To the rest of us: As for Khazarian nonsense, Google Jewish DNA. You will find that Sephardic and Ashkenazic Jews share the same DNA markers, Cohenim have the same DNA traits in all nations, and not a drop of Khazarian blood is found anywhere.

These possibilities can be distinguished to a degree by comparing the position of the full Ashkenazi Jewish cluster to a series of geographically distributed populations represented by the human genome diversity panel [9]. We found that the full Jewish cluster fell between that of Middle Eastern and European populations. We also compared the average heterozygosity across the set of linkage disequilibrium-pruned polymorphisms in those with full Jewish ancestry to those without, and found that the subjects with four Jewish grandparents were, on average, slightly more heterozygous than the subjects with no Jewish ancestry. These data therefore suggest that the Jewish group is distinguished from non-Jewish Europeans more because of their genetic heritage in the Near East than due to population bottlenecks perturbing the genetic composition of Jewish groups.


Conclusion

We show that, at least in the context of the studied sample, it is possible to predict full Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry with 100% sensitivity and 100% specificity, although it should be noted that the exact dividing line between a Jewish and non-Jewish cluster will vary across sample sets, which, in practice, would reduce the accuracy of the prediction. While the full historical demographic explanations for this distinction remain to be resolved, it is clear that the genomes of individuals with full Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry carry an unambiguous signature of their Jewish heritage, and this seems more likely to be due to their specific Middle Eastern ancestry than to inbreeding.

Dr. Karl Skorecki works on the cutting edge of molecular science, revolutionizing medicine through genetics and the use of stem cells to test anti-cancer therapies. As a sideline, he has become world famous for applying genetics to genealogy and transforming history. He has found evidence to support traditional claims that modern-day Jewish priests, Cohanim, are descended from a single common male ancestor - biblically said to be Aaron, the older brother of Moses. ASHKENAZI LINKS

Although the Ashkenazi (European) Jewish community separated from their Mediterranean ancestors some 1,200 years ago and lived among Central and Eastern European gentiles, their paternal gene pool still resembles that of other Jewish and Semitic groups originating in the Middle East.A low rate of intermarriage between Diaspora Jews and local gentiles was the key reason for this continuity. Since the Jews first settled in Europe more than 50 generations ago, the intermarriage rate was estimated to be only about 0.5% in each generation.

The findings oppose the suggestion that Ashkenazim are descended from the Kuzars.

The Ashkenazi paternal gene pool does not appear to be similar to that of present-day Turkish speakers. This finding opposes the suggestion that Ashkenazim are descended from the Kuzars, a Turkish-Asian empire that converted to Judaism en masse in or about the 8th century CE.

You would think by now that Koestler and Khazaria are kaput. However...never underestimate raw hate!
